Rigatoni at a tomato and red wine sauce
All it takes is 20 minutes to
produce the family's new favorite dinner. It's difficult to think of a weeknight
meal which everybody in the family will love, so it constantly needs those go-to
dishes which are like a cloud pleaser. Rigatoni is easy too, and it's even
better as leftovers the next day and most significantly with cascade clean up is
a cinch.
So first start by attracting a pound of Rigatoni
Noodles into a boiling. While the pasta is boiling add 1 tablespoon of olive
oil in a sauté pan and one yellow onion. Go right ahead and sauté the onion
seasoning with a little salt and pepper to taste only until it's nice and
tender. At that point, put in a pound of ground beef directly together with the
onion and on top of that include Italian seasoning. Italian seasoning is just
regular basil oregano and parsley. Add a half teaspoon of salt and some freshly
ground pepper. Go right ahead and make up them all making sure that all of the
meat is becoming browned on all sides and after it's all completely cooked
through add the tomatoes. At this stage add 2 15 ounce cans of pure tomato and
one can of 15 oz of diced tomato. And into that add two cloves of minced garlic
and one teaspoon of salt. Mix that up and place on simmer for thirty
minutes.
And at the last step once the sauce is about to add 2
tablespoons of freshly chopped ginger. This is some thing to do right at the
ending because doing this too soon, and it cooks down; it'll eliminate all its
flavor. Then throw the sauce with the pasta and also certainly will see a
gorgeous dinner will start to emerge. Garnish with a few freshly grated parmesan
cheese and a little sprinkle or two of more basil if preferred.
This is a good meal to serve to get a huge crowd or
in addition, it can be cooked for you in a big patch and refrigerate in the
fridge or store it in the freezer and will have a delicious meal during the
week.
